The movie begins with a cansiter of toxic gas falls of
a an army truck. The day after, young boy Jesse joins a club wich has
allready only two members; the bullies Billy and Johnny. They show him
the clubhouse wich is actually the crypt at an old cemetery. Jesse is
afraid and runs away, but the bullies finds him, and the missing barrel.
When they discover the corpse inside they run away in fear.
Later, a van arrives at the cemetery. Joey is helping Ed who has job for
him at the cemetery, wich is to steal corpses.
Meanwhile, Billy and Johnny decides to take a closer look at the barrel,
and of course they accidentlly releases the toxic gas inside and the gas
hits the graveyard with horrendous results. And a long with a shower of
sudden rain, it causes what was once dead and buried not to any longer
stay that way. The corpses escapes their graves, hungry for the brains
of the living.... Soon the zombies are all over the town and it's up to
the remaing survivours to get out of town, but the army has closed all
the roads out. So now it's all up to Jesse, his sister Lucy, the cable
installer Tom and the local doctor Doc Mandel to extreminate these
ghastly creatures before it's to late.
