Plot: A mad scientist uses the notorious gas that caused the events in the previous films to create robotic zombies, planning to use them as war weapons. A group of teenagers discovers the horrible experiments and one of them ends up as a experiment himself. The others must get him and themselves out of the zombie-infested lab before it's to late.
According to Fangoria, both part 4 and 5 are beign filmed in the Ukraine by the new director Ellory Elkayem who has taken over these films in stead of Tobe Hooper. After what I've heard the plot is set in Chernobyl were a famous nuclear accident happened back in 1986. Due to the recent death of Tom Fox, the production as been taken over by Anatoly Fradis.
